熱炒店槍響2傷 17歲少年攜槍投案

新北市中和區中山路二段上的一間熱炒店，今天清晨近4時許傳出槍響，附近店家突然聽到槍聲大作，查看發現多人打群架，且有人中彈受傷，嚇得立即打電話報警，警方到場時，眾人已一哄而散，僅剩2名中彈傷者及熱炒員工。今天下午1時許，一名17歲的陳姓少年帶著手槍，在律師陪同下向警方投案，目前正在偵訊中。

警方調查，45歲的何姓男子以及30歲偕姓男子、32歲周姓男子今天凌晨1時許在中山路二段熱炒店與另幫群眾相約熱炒店談判，雙方談判不合起口角，另幫3人走出去撂人，何男與周男吃完離開店面，與對方撂來的10餘人口角，過程中有人噴灑滅火器，雙方甚至吵到馬路中間，隨後就遭對向車道開來的賓士車搖下車窗槍擊，造成周男腹部中彈、何男腰部中彈，幸無生命危險。
中和警分局獲報抵達，現場僅剩下中彈傷者及店員，警方立即將2人送醫，所幸暫無生命危險，但須開刀治療，另外偕男腳部擦傷，自行前往醫院就醫，警方在現場共尋獲3個彈殼、開山刀的刀鞘等證物。
而涉嫌開槍的17歲陳姓少年，今天下午1時許自行攜槍由律師陪同投案，他對於案情避重就輕，他坦承，坐在賓士車內朝對方連開5槍，至於為何要開槍陳姓少年仍不願多談，目前警方仍在偵訊中。
